Precise Gas Pressure Transmitter Precautions
Compact gas pressure transmitters use ceramic piezoresistive sensors. The structure is simple, compact, easy to install, suitable for gas and liquid media compatible with the contact part material. Gage pressure, absolute pressure and negative pressure can be measured.
Parameter selection method
Pressure range: This is the minimum pressure and maximum pressure difference to be measured. The general pressure transmitter has 1.5 times the overload capacity.
Operating temperature range: Minimum operating temperature and maximum operating temperature. Generally -20 to 80°C. If the temperature is high, additional cooling measures must be taken.
Measured media: The requirements for pressure transmitters vary with the media being measured. Such as acid and alkali resistance, ceramic sensors are better. Shell acid and alkali resistance.
Measurement accuracy: In general use, 0.5% accuracy is more. If the measurement is required to be more accurate, 0.2%, or 0.1% of the measurement accuracy may be required.
Output signal: It is the signal that can be accepted by the related secondary instrument. Most use 4 ~ 20ma, there are other 0-5v, 0-10v or 0 ~ 20ma output signal.
Interface size: According to the customer's site conditions, the corresponding installation dimensions are processed.
1. Before installation, please check whether the type, range and working power marked on the plate are consistent with the requirements of the site of use.

It is recommended to install the product with the pressure inlet hole vertically downward (or tilted downward at a certain angle). When installing in the open air, direct sunlight and rain should be avoided. Otherwise, the performance of the transmitter may be deteriorated or may malfunction.

7. The transmitter operates outside the compensated temperature range and performance degrades.
8. It is normal for the transmitter signal to jump when the ambient temperature or the temperature of the measuring medium suddenly changes. After the ambient temperature and medium temperature stabilize, the transmitter signal will stabilize.
9. Personnel not specially trained shall not disassemble the transmitter at will in order to avoid damage. If the transmitter fails, please return to the company or the nearest service point to repair under the guidance of professional and technical personnel.
