The hot and cold impact test box is used to make product test structures and complex materials. It instantly circulates extremely high temperatures and extremely low temperatures. Products change at high and low temperatures in a short period of time, and the products are tested under high and low temperature conditions. The hot and cold impact test box is divided into three box type and two box type. The three box type hot and cold impact test box is divided into three parts: high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and test zone. The temperature in high temperature zone or low temperature zone passes through the impact. The high pressure cylinder drive enters the test area for temperature shocks to achieve temperature polycondensation. The high-temperature zone and the test zone were tested for preservation of temperature during high temperature, and the low-temperature zone was closed. When the low temperature zone is tested, the temperature cycle is maintained during the low temperature period and the test zone, and the high temperature zone is closed. Test products are dynamic.

The two-box cold and hot shock box is divided into two parts: the high-temperature zone and the low-temperature zone. The sample is placed in the basket. When the basket is impacted, the test product is moved to the high temperature zone or the low temperature zone for impact. The test product is a dynamic type.

The system can do automatic cycle impact or manual selection of impact. The cooling system adopts two cooling systems. The cooling effect is fast and the cooling mode is water-cooled or air-cooled.
