In order to implement division of labor and cooperation, relevant industries and enterprises must take a long-term perspective, make indiscretions, pay close attention to research on new technologies and new technologies, and gradually form a division of labor, collaboration, multi-field, and all-round research and development pattern. In the research process of proprietary intellectual property products, we must overcome the practice of door-to-door and single-handedness, because under the conditions of global integration today, we can build on the experience gained by our predecessors and colleagues. Forward-looking research, without having to immerse yourself in some technical work that others have already done, leads to a waste of talent and resources.

The second is to speed up the application of information technology to create a flexible and professional manufacturing platform, while continuing to meet the individual needs of customers, while improving their own scale and professional manufacturing. Mass customization is a breakthrough in the traditional production scale. It overcomes the dilemma of single-piece, small-batch, and scale-effectiveness and creates conditions for the improvement of the market competitiveness of China's molds. Luo Baihui said that the successful application of ERP technology has already produced obvious results in some mold manufacturing companies, providing possibilities for large-scale custom production. ERP technology will not only control the manufacturing companies themselves, but also extend the management to customers and suppliers, which will likely drive the development of the mold-related industries.

Luo Baihui believes that the whole process of supply chain system management must be implemented to change the large and complete, even small, all-round production operations.
