For pressure relief valves, special emphasis should be placed on regular inspections. If it is found that dirt, rust stains should be removed in a timely manner; piston ring damage should be updated; spring failure should be replaced by available; if the sealing surface is not close, should be re-grinding; diaphragm does not work to replace; use, such as to confirm the valve handle Coarse, sanded with sandpaper.

The third failure, the pressure behind the valve can not be adjusted. In addition to the above reasons, there are:

1 failure to adjust the spring; 2 cap leaking joints can not maintain pressure.

This also depends on timely inspection and treatment.
