Gear pump insufficient solution to exclude fuel

Gear pump is to use two gears to rotate each other to work on the medium less demanding. General pressure below 6MPa, larger flow. Gear pump in the pump body is equipped with a pair of rotary gear, an active, a passive, relying on the two gear meshing with each other, the entire pump cavity divided into two independent parts. A for the inhalation chamber, B for the discharge chamber. When the gear oil pump is in operation, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate. When the gear meshes and disengages, a partial vacuum is formed on the suction side (A) and the liquid is sucked in. The sucked fluid fills each tooth valley of the gear to the discharge side (B), and the liquid is forced out when the gear enters into engagement to form a high-pressure liquid which is discharged outside the pump through the pump discharge port.

Gear pump in use, often occur insufficient oil, or no oil pressure phenomenon. We do the following analysis of this failure to facilitate the troubleshooting of gear pump and maintenance.
phenomenon:
(1) Slow lifting of working equipment, trembling or failing to improve ascending;
(2) bubbles in the fuel tank or tubing;
(3) hydraulic system when lifting to send "jack, jack" sound;
(4) The working device can be upgraded when the tractor is just started. After the oil temperature rises for a period of time, the speed increases slowly or can not be improved.
(5) Light load can be improved, heavy load can not be improved.
Gear pump failure reasons:
(1) hydraulic tank oil is too low;
(2) did not use hydraulic oil by season;
(3) into the pipeline was a serious blockage of dirt;
(4) oil pump gear oil seal damage, the air into the hydraulic system;
(5) oil pump inlet and outlet joints or bent joints "O" ring damage, bending joints or bolts into the nut is not tight, the air into the hydraulic system;
(6) pump leakage, sealing ring aging;
(7) end face of the pump or the main, driven gear shaft end wear or scratches, the end surface of the two bushing unevenness;
(8) internal pump assembly errors caused by internal leakage;
(9) "left-handed" installed "right-handed" pump, causing damage to the oil seal;
(10) The hydraulic oil is dirty.

Gear pump troubleshooting:
(1) According to the season to add or replace the required grade of oil to the provisions of the oil surface. Take out the foreign matter in the tubing and tighten the bolt or nut at the joint.
(2) Replace aged or damaged skeleton oil seal or "O" shaped sealing rubber ring;
(3) Replace worn gear oil pump or oil pump sleeve, grind the end face flatly on the flat plate when wearing lightly. Its unevenness allow error of 0.03mm; the end of the upper sleeve lower than the plane of the pump body (normal value less than 2.5 ~ 2.6mm), such as ultra-poor should be in the next shaft sleeve plus 0.1 ~ 0.2mm copper to compensate, when installed Should be set in the rear sleeve on the loading;
(4) unloading film and seal ring must be installed in the oil chamber, the two bushing in order to maintain balance. Unloading film sealing ring should have a preload 0.5mm;
(5) The guide wire elastic force should be able to reverse the upper and lower sleeves in the direction of rotation of the driven gear at a slight angle, so that the processing plane of the two bushings of the driven gear and the driven gear closely fit;
(6) The relief groove on the sleeve must be installed on the low pressure chamber side to eliminate the harmful dead volume when the gear mesh;
(7) pressed into the tight oil seal, the surface should be coated with a layer of lubricating oil, but also pay attention to the oil-resistant edge toward the front cover, can not be installed anti;
(8) "right-handed" pump can not be installed in the "left-handed" machine, otherwise it will damage the oil seal;
(9) Before installing the pump cover, pour a small amount of oil into the pump housing and rotate the gear by hand;
(10) Before installing the oil pump cover, do not tighten the bolts, check the gap between the pump cover and the pump body, is between 0.3 ~ 0.6mm, if the clearance is too small, replace the large seal and the pressure relief parts. After the hydraulic oil pump is installed, it should be flexible and free from jamming phenomenon.
