Grinding is a closed-circuit process with a grinding particle size of less than 0.074 mm 65% to 70%. Sorting for the flotation, oxidation rate decreased significantly due to the ore, mineral processing plant in 1976, it has stopped recycling of lead oxide and zinc oxide. The 910,000 tons of lead-zinc ore deposits deposited by the plant were originally designed to be volatilized and enriched in rotary kiln. Because the ore grade is lower than the geological reserve grade, it is economically uneconomical, and the flotation-volatile combined process industrial test is being carried out.

The lead and zinc concentrates are dehydrated in two stages, and the sulfur concentrates are naturally dried. The final refined ore concentrate is 10~15%, the zinc concentrate is 8~13%, and the sulfur concentrate is 16%.
In 1985, the electricity consumption of the concentrator was 43.91kw.h/t, of which the crushing and screening was 1.61kw.h/t, the grinding was 14.76kw.h/t, the flotation was 19.61kw.h/t, and the dehydration was 1.33kw.h/t. , other 6.6kw.h/t.
The main equipment of the plant is provided by the Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia and Hogaria. The more advanced ones are the ball mill liners are long strips, the cylinders have no screw holes, and the replacement is convenient. The liner material is ZGMn13, and the replacement period is up to 2~ 5 years.
