The carbon slurry gold extraction process has higher requirements on the beneficiation equipment. Each section of the equipment has its own characteristics and functions. The process of gold ore beneficiation equipment in the process of gold extraction is as follows:
(1) Preparation of raw materials The ancient gold material is ground to a size suitable for cyanidation, generally less than 28 mesh, and impurities such as wood chips are removed, and the concentration of the leached pulp is preferably 45%-50% by concentration and dehydration.
(2) Stirring leaching The same as the conventional cyanidation method, generally 5-8 stirring tanks.
(3) Carbon adsorption cyanide slurry is leached out of the stirred adsorption tank (carbon slurry tank). The gold mine is equipped with a format sieve and a slurry riser in the suction tank, which is used to realize the reverse flow of activated carbon and slurry, and adsorb the dissolved gold in the slurry. The bridge screen can reduce the wear of activated carbon. The screen hole of the front bridge screen is easily blocked by activated carbon, and it needs to be cleaned with compressed home gas.
(4) Desorption of gold-loaded carbon can be desorbed by four methods. Desorption of hot caustic cyanide solution;
2 low concentration caustic sodium cyanide solution plus alcohol desorption 3 desorption under caustic and sodium cyanide solution under heating and pressure; 4 high concentration caustic sodium cyanide solution desorption.
(5) Electrowinning method or conventional zinc powder replacement precipitation gold The gold-carbon solution method is used to obtain a high-grade noble liquid containing gold up to 600g/m3, and gold powder is obtained by electrowinning or zinc replacement method, and sent to smelting to obtain gold ingot.
(6) Regeneration of Activated Carbon The activated carbon after desorption is first acid washed with dilute sulfuric acid (nitric acid) to remove aggregates such as carbonates. After several times of returning to the net, thermal activation is required to restore the adsorption activity of carbon.
The carbon slurry method is mainly applied to gold-bearing oxidized ore with high sludge content. Because of the high stone content and difficult solid-liquid separation, the existing filter can not effectively separate the precious liquid and the slag, so the conventional cyanidation method It is impossible to obtain better technical and economic indicators. Practice shows that the carbon slurry method has achieved good results in the industry, and the gold ore beneficiation equipment customized for the carbon slurry process is also favored by the current market.
