Foreword

This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Mining Machinery Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 88).

This standard is drafted by: Kunming Lishen Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the twin-shaft hammer crusher .

This standard is applicable to the double-axis chain hammer crusher (hereinafter referred to as the crusher) for high temperature, high humidity and high adhesion materials in the crushed fertilizer industry.

2 Normative reference files

The terms in the following documents become the terms of this standard by reference to this standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard. However, parties to the agreement are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these files can be used. For undated references, the latest version is used in this standard.

3 type and basic parameters

3.1 The crusher type is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. The figure is not specific to its structure.

3.2 The basic parameters shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.

Note 1: The working diameter of the rotor refers to the movement path of the top end of the hammer when the rotor is in working state, and the length of the rotor refers to the length of the working section of the rotor.

Note 2: The determination of processing capacity is based on the following conditions:

a. The bulk density of the crushed material is 1.0t/m 3 ~ l.2t / m 3 , the moisture content is 20% ~ 30%, the temperature is 105 ° C ~ 110 ° C;

b. The working condition is to continuously and evenly let the raw materials enter the machine under the action of gravity.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 The crusher shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

4.1.2 The limit deviation of the unfilled tolerance dimension on the drawing shall be in accordance with the m-class of GB/T 1804-2000.

4.1.3 The wearing parts of the same type of crusher of the same enterprise shall be interchangeable.

4 1.4 The wearing parts such as hammer head, hammer shaft, chain and lining should be easily replaced.

4.1.5 Bearings should have a good sealing device, and the friction surface to be lubricated should be dust-proof.

4.2 Appearance quality

4.2.1 There should be no roughing, scratching or rusting on the main machined surface.

4.2.2 The surface of the crusher frame should be flat, and there should be no visible unevenness when visually observed.

4.2.3 The coating quality of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.12.

4.3 Main part quality

4.3.1 The material of the main parts of the crusher shall not be lower than the requirements of Table 2.

4.3.2 The hammer head is treated with water and toughness, and the hardness is not more than 229HBS.

4.3.3 The heat treatment hardness of the chain is 45HRC~50HRC.

4.3.4 The spindle shall be ultrasonically tested. The inspection shall be not less than Class IV according to the provisions of JB/T 5000.15-2007.

4.3.5 The welding quality of the welded structure shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.3.

4.4 Assembly requirements

4.4.1 The joint surface of the crusher body shall be inspected with a 0.30mm feeler gauge. The depth of the plug feeler shall not exceed 30mm.

4.4.2 The rotor body shall be subjected to static balance test, and its balance quality grade shall comply with the provisions of G16 of GB/T 9239.1-2006.

4.5 Safety requirements

4.5.1 The sharp edge of the exposed cutting surface of the crusher should be blunt.

4.5.2 The exposed rotating parts of the crusher shall have safety guards.

4.6 Empty load test requirements

4.6.1 The moving parts of the crusher should be flexible and free of jamming. There should be no abnormal noise during operation.

4.6.2 The continuous empty load running time of the crusher should not be less than 2h until the bearing temperature is stable.

4.6.3 When the crusher is running at an empty load, there is no looseness of the fasteners, and there is no leakage of oil at the seal. The maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 85 ° C, and the temperature rise should not exceed 45 ° C.

4.6.4 The noise sound pressure level of the crusher during empty load operation shall not exceed 90dB (A).

4.7 Complete set of requirements

The complete crusher should include:

a) the crusher body;

b) belt device;

c) anchor bolts;

d) special tools;

e) According to the contract of the ordering unit, the electric control box, motor, motor guide rail and spare parts can be provided;

f) Each crusher should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, instructions for use, basic drawing, electronic control chart and packing list.

5 Test methods

5.1 The size and accuracy of the crusher are tested by a universal gage that has passed the inspection.

5.2 When rotating parts and manual turning, it should be flexible and free from jamming.

5.3 The appearance quality and main relevant dimensions and accuracy of the crusher shall be inspected at the manufacturer. The results shall be in accordance with the drawings and the provisions of this standard.

5.4 The empty load test at rated speed shall comply with the provisions of 4.6.

5.5 The crusher empty load test should not be less than 2h, check in the test:

a) detecting the noise value according to the provisions of GB/T 3768;

b) Detect the working temperature of the bearing with a thermometer and measure it every 30 minutes until the temperature is stable.

5.6 The crusher shall be subjected to load test at the user's place. The inspection contents include:

a) The processing capability test can be measured by the continuous operation folding algorithm, that is, all the broken materials in a certain period of time are measured and converted into hourly production, and the accumulated time is not less than 0.5h;

b) The discharge particle size test is carried out by screening with a national standard mesh screen and making a percentage curve of the material under the sieve;

c) Power test, tested with a power meter.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Inspection classification

The inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

6.2 Factory inspection

6.2.1 Each crusher shall be delivered to the factory after passing the inspection by the quality inspection department, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate.

6.2.2 The following items are factory inspection items: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6.

6.3 Type inspection

6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following cases:

a) When the new product is trial-type or the old product is transferred to the factory;

b) After the formal production, the product structure, materials and processes have changed greatly, which may affect the product performance;

c) periodic inspection after normal production;

d) when production resumes after a long-term shutdown;

e) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection;

f) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes the type inspection requirements.

6.3.2 Type inspection shall include all requirements of this standard.

6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out from one of the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the test fails, the sample should be doubled for re-inspection.

If the re-inspection is qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If there is still one failure, the batch of products is judged to be non-conforming.

7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

7.1 The crusher shall fix the product label on the obvious part, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306. The contents of the sign should include:

a) product name and model number;

b) main technical parameters;

c) the name and address of the manufacturer;

d) Factory number and date of manufacture.

7.2 The random technical documentation of the crusher shall include:

a) product certificate of conformity;

b) instructions for use;

c) packing list or packing list:

d) basic installation drawings;

e) Catalogue of consumables (accessories).

7.3 The preparation of the instruction manual shall comply with the provisions of GB 9969 I.

7.4 The crusher should remove oil and water marks before packaging. Any exposed surface should be coated with anti-rust grease. The oil seal should be valid for not less than six months.

7.5 The packaging requirements of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13384, and the package shall have the following marks:

a) Arrival (port) and receiving unit:

b) the station (port) and the delivery unit;

c) product name and model number;

d) gross weight, net weight, box number and external dimensions;

e) Lifting work marks, etc.

7.6 The packaging should be firm and reliable, and have measures to prevent rain and moisture.

7.7 Packaging and transportation pictorial signs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191.

Transportation 7.8 crusher should be consistent with the road, railway, waterway transportation regulations.

7.9 The crusher should be regularly inspected to prevent corrosion during storage. Electrical equipment should have the necessary moisture protection measures.
