When the flowmeter needs to transmit signals remotely, the external power supply (8-24 VDC) should be strictly connected according to the requirements of "Electrical Performance Index". It is strictly forbidden to directly connect the 220VAC or 380VAC power supply at the signal output port; users are not allowed to change the explosion-proof system by themselves. Wiring method and arbitrary twisting of each output lead connector; when the gas flowmeter is running, it is not allowed to open the back cover to modify the instrument parameters, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the flowmeter; regularly check the leakage condition of the flowmeter flange.

According to the working principle of the precession vortex flowmeter and the requirements of the upper and downstream straight pipe sections of the flowmeter, various upstream resistance elements are ensured to have a length of at least 3D for the upstream side straight pipe section and at least 2D for the straight section of the downstream side.
1. Elbow: For elbows, ensure that the length of the straight section on the upstream side is at least 3D, and the length of the straight section on the downstream side is at least 2D.
2. Reducing tube: For the retracting tube, ensure that the length of the straight tube on the upstream side is at least 3D, and the length of the straight tube on the downstream side is at least 2D.
3. Expanding the pipe: To expand the pipe, ensure that the length of the straight pipe on the upstream side is at least 3D, and the length of the straight pipe on the downstream side is at least 2D.
4. Valve: If there is a valve on the upstream side, then the length of the straight section on the upstream side must be at least 5D, and the length of the straight section on the downstream side should be at least 2D.
