Following the successful development and mass production of the FH400B Series Hydraulic Retarder, the Fast Group has successfully completed the first round of trial production of the FHB320A parallel hydraulic retarder and successfully launched the first prototype. This not only marks the company's new breakthrough in the field of hydraulic retarder R&D, further expands its product spectrum, but also highlights that companies have achieved new results in mastering core technologies and has significantly shortened new product development cycles.

The FHB320A parallel hydraulic retarder is another new product of the hydraulic retarder tailored specifically for medium and heavy trucks. It has been developed for almost a year, compared to the weight of the series hydraulic retarder itself. Light, wide range of matching, the biggest advantage is that it does not affect the use of rear power take-off, the braking torque can reach 3,200 Nm. It can be widely applied to engineering vehicles, dump trucks and other special vehicles that require post-power.

At present, the company has completed the first-round test and road test verification of the internal and external characteristics of the parallel retarder. With the acceleration of various experiments and marketization in the later period, the parallel retarder and the previously developed FH400B series retarder have been completed. It will cover all passengers and trucks with a total capacity of more than 12 tons to meet the individual needs of different users, providing good security protection and efficient deceleration braking for the upgrading of domestic heavy trucks.

During the FHB320A parallel hydraulic retarder R&D process, Fast technicians faced foreign technical barriers, boldly practiced, tried again and again, were willing to innovate, overcame the lack of technical information, and had no advanced experience for reference. Various tasks such as procurement, processing and manufacturing, and experimental verification have achieved the smooth release of the first parallel hydraulic retarder on schedule, completely breaking the current passive situation of domestic retarders relying on imports for a long time. At present, engineering and technical personnel are stepping up their efforts to integrate superior resources and conduct a new round of verification and improvement of products to ensure that the retarder products are fully introduced to the market as soon as possible.
