He was appointed as the assistant to General Manager of Weichai Power (Weifang) Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. Wang Shengbin, deputy general manager of Wuxi Dahao Power Co., Ltd. Yin Kaisong is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Alliance. He Guangyuan, Bao Xuding, and Xu Binshi were hired as advisors to the coalition and Li Dongru was hired as an expert advisor to the coalition. After deliberation of the council, it was agreed that Guangdong Mingjie Parts & Remanufacturing Co., Ltd., Maxima Engineering Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baixu Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Chaifa Power Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lingang Remanufacturing Industry Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Eight units of Jiaotong University, Shandong Provincial Institute of Internal Combustion Engines, and Wuhan Institute of Materials Protection joined the alliance. Delegates considered that through the platform set up by the alliance, they strengthened industrial technology exchange and information sharing, enhanced the industry's cohesiveness and centripetal force, expanded the alliance's influence, cemented the entire internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry, and led the vigorous development of the internal combustion engine remanufacturing industry.
