Frame mainly consists of moving head piece,feed head,crosshead,side bar and legs.
1) We have imported the advanced technology from  UK and learned their productive experience. All main parts are made of Q345 mild steel and then completed by CO2 arc welding. After the treatment of high temperature annealing setting, high speed airflow sand blast is proceeded to not only remove rust and oxide layer but also form such a slight spot pit where the primer and intermediate and finishing coat can be painted with such a strong adhesive force that the paint will not fall off easily. Comparing with cast structure, our frame has many advantages such as stable performance, anti-corrosion, high hardness, high strength of extension, high loading power, strong impact resistance and good -looking appearance etc. Super high pressure testing of frame goes with the 2.2 safety factor so far as to ensure the perfect safety and stability of whole machine.
2) Side bar is made of Q345 H shape mild steel and then completed by CO2 arc welding and SAW. After the treatment of high temperature annealing setting, high speed airflow sand blast is proceeded to not only remove rust and oxide layer but also form such a slight spot pit where the primer and intermediate and finishing coat can be painted with such a strong adhesive force that the paint will not fall off easily. Comparing with cast structure, our frame has many advantages such as stable performance, anti-corrosion, high hardness, high strength of extension, high loading power, strong impact resistance and good -looking appearance etc. Super high pressure testing of frame goes with t 2.2 safety factor so far as to allow for the usage of high pressure filter plate.
Comparing with the traditional solid side bar, the downward or lateral curving problem has been well solved by this design to ensure the completeness of filtration process.

Filter plate is a core element of filter press and consist of filter plate body, spigot and handles etc.
Our company manufactures the filter plates strictly complying with standard of JB/T4333.3-2005.The quality of our filter plates is up to the same advanced level as in the world.
1) Chamber plate
*Regarding the design of our filter plate we have imported the most advanced filtration technology. We combine the layout of pips and staybosses, channel design and the opening angle of drainage holes together so reasonably that the slurry filling becomes faster but with less impact on filter plates and better slurry uniform distribution. As such, the filtration becomes faster with perfect wash result and the service life of filter plate is prolonged as well.
*The material of filter plate is high quality TPE elastomer plus PP from Sinopec both flexible like rubber and tenacious and rigid. The filter plate takes shape by 4600 tons molding press and be sized by press equipment. In the end the filter plates will be machined or drilled or trimmed by CNC milling machine. The planeness of filter plate is below 25 μm with nice seal to prevent the slurry from leaking.
*Comparing with other company, The filtration speed of Bright filter plate increases by 20%.The improvement of density,strength,anti-fatigue,anti-aging is doubled.
*Feed pressure can be up to 10 bars but can resist 100ºC.
The curving strength of filter plate can be over 260 bars.

ZL 2005 2 0084475.X,ZL 2005 2 0084472.6 and at the same time had the honor to be Shandong Star Company in terms of patent and got Shandong patent award.
*The membrane plate consist of core plate body and membrane piece the production of which is most vital and directly relates to the service life of filter plate. In order to guarantee the performance and long service life, the material of membrane piece came exclusively from famous supplier including PP and TPE. Bright membrane plates are welded with specially hot melting welding equipment and until now can be on a par with Lenser or Jvk in terms of all performance indexes with membrane inflation pressure up to 40 bar. Bright membrane plates feature high density,high machining accuracy,rounded and smooth looking,high anti-curving strength ,high tensile strength,high shock resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion ,odorless and colorless.
*Bright is specially equipped with inspection room for filter plates of which application is from different industry.
We proceed with different test respectively for shock resistance, elongation strength, elongation at break, curving strength, distortion temperature and so on.
